Programs/Tuition

Three Year-olds

Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.

Tuition is $70.00 per month with a $40.00 registration fee

Four and Five Year-olds

Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.

Tuition is $90.00 per month with a $40.00 registration fee

Class size is limited to 15 students and registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. Preschool is in session from September through May.

Children’s Garden Preschool is a nonprofit Christian preschool licensed by the State of Iowa. Our program abides by the standards set forth by the Department of Human Services.

Children’s Garden Preschool was established to assist parents in teaching their children about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, His love for them, and His plan of saving grace. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14) Our Christian program nurtures a child’s spiritual growth, as well as intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development. This is accomplished by providing a safe and loving Christian atmosphere in which a child’s learning is stimulated and encouraged through exploration and play.

Children need meaningful experiences involving exploration and play. Such experiences stimulate their senses which are God-given doors of perception which open worlds for a child. Therefore, our program strives to provide an enriched learning environment by incorporating a variety of activities for individual, small group, and class settings. These will include the following…

*Music with singing and rhythm

*Movement involving large motor skills

*Dramatic play, puppet play, and finger plays

*Story time with literature exploration

*Art experiences promoting creativity

*Learning centers…

-To practice fine motor skills

-To explore nature and science

-To stimulate thinking skills

-To encourage listening skills

-To practice social and emotional skills
-To develop readiness skills
